The cleanliness was great, with the rooms being clean and spacious. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. the location was perfect, as it was so close to a couple of different metro lines, making it super handy for exploring the city. We were also thrilled to find that we were near Alonso Martinez's metro station with lots of places to visit within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing prompt assistance whenever we needed it.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated with a modern and sleek design, creating a very cozy and intimate atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for us both. the location of this hotel was perfect. It was situated just a short walk from the metro stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also appreciated the fact that it was within walking distance of popular attractions like Gran Via and Retiro Park.
There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly enjoy. the staff at the front desk could have been more friendly and helpful.

We loved this place! The location of this hotel is excellent, we could easily walk to the main attractions and it's close to the metro station. Our room was spacious, neat and tidy. The service room service and housekeeping service were remarkable!
Highly recommend this venue to families.

This hotel has a great location, very close to several metro stations and lots of interesting places to visit within walking distance. The room is clean and modern, with a great bathroom and nice amenities. The breakfast is plentiful and with good quality options. Staff are helpful and friendly, making your stay pleasant.
The hotel lacks some important amenities, such as a coffee maker, bathrobe and slippers.
